BCDS has traditionally been a great venue for vendors
of parts, services and accessories for British cars to display their products.
For many years the Tanglewood Park location provided a great place for vendors
and the new setting at Frank Liske Park in Concord, North Carolina, will once
again put vendors in the center of the spectator traffic. The park provides us
with over 200 acres of rolling grassy hills and our show will overlook a scenic
9.2 acre lake with plenty of adjacent parking for spectators. Our event will
support the new Ronald MacDonald House (www.rmhofcharlotte.org) being built in
downtown Charlotte to assist needy families with children facing extended
hospital stays. Please look over the various options available for your company
and select the one best suited to your needs:
NEW CAR EXHIBITOR: ($50 Donation) A special British new
car exhibition area has been created to showcase the best examples of British
automobile engineering and design. We’ll also provide an opportunity for product
information insertion in our registration packets as well as an opportunity for
signage and promotion in the exhibition area.
ON SITE VENDOR: ($30 Donation per space) Vendors at
this year’s BCDS will be located in a great spot to enhance spectator and car
show traffic. Vendors must pre‐register to guarantee their space and allow us to
arrange the show field accordingly. Space is arranged in 10’x20’ sections and
tents
or canopies are welcome and encouraged. |
